2. Products & Services

We offer handcrafted flower arrangements and flower subscription services.

Due to the natural, seasonal, and perishable nature of flowers, variations in size, color, and composition may occur. Images shown on our website are for reference only and may differ slightly from the final product.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm the order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes, unless explicitly indicated.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or incorrect delivery information.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Once delivered, responsibility for the product passes to the recipient.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

Missed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information or recipient unavailability are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or modify deliveries in exceptional circumstances (e.g. supply issues, force majeure).

7. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

In accordance with Swiss consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods such as fresh flowers.

All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. If the claim is justified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of The Passion Bloom and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Liability

We exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
